Do Not Call Policy

FindMeBuyers (owned and operated by Rizzly LLC) is committed to respecting your communication preferences and complying with applicable federal and state Do Not Call laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and corresponding state telemarketing rules. This Do Not Call Policy describes how we maintain our internal Do Not Call list and how you can be added to it.

Your Right to Be Placed on Our Do Not Call List

You have the right to ask that we stop calling you, even if you are a current or former customer or have submitted a request for a cash offer through FindMeBuyers. When you ask, we will add your phone number to our internal Do Not Call list, and we will retain that number on the list indefinitely unless you later ask us to remove it.

Being placed on our internal Do Not Call list means that Rizzly LLC and any of our employees, contractors, or agents calling on our behalf will not place telemarketing calls to that number. It does not, by itself, prevent calls from third-party buyers, investors, or agents in our network with whom your information has already been shared in connection with an offer request; to stop calls from those parties, please contact them directly.

How to Submit a Do Not Call Request

You may add your phone number to our internal Do Not Call list at any time using any of the following methods:

• Email hello@findmebuyers.com from any address with the phone number you want added;
• Reply to any text message we send you with "STOP";
• Tell the caller at the start or end of a call that you wish to be placed on our Do Not Call list and provide the phone number to add; or
• Send a written request by U.S. mail to Rizzly LLC, 30 North Gould Street #55905, Sheridan, WY 82801, US, Attn: Do Not Call.

When you submit a request, we will add your number to our internal Do Not Call list within five (5) business days, as required by the TSR, and we will stop placing telemarketing calls to that number within a reasonable period thereafter — and in any event no later than 30 days after the request, as required by the TCPA.

If you would like written confirmation that your number has been added, please ask for it when you submit your request and we will respond to confirm.

Our Internal Procedures

Rizzly LLC maintains a written Do Not Call policy that is available upon request. We train the employees and contractors involved in our outbound calling on how to identify Do Not Call requests and how to record them in our system, and we periodically review the policy and the list with them.

We do not share our internal Do Not Call list with affiliates, subsidiaries, or third parties for their own telemarketing purposes without your prior written permission.

Before placing outbound telemarketing calls, we check the number against our internal Do Not Call list and, where required by law, against the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission.

Calls That May Still Occur

Even after you are on our internal Do Not Call list or the National Do Not Call Registry, you may still receive limited communications from us where permitted by law, including:

• Calls that are required to service or follow up on an active offer or purchase agreement involving your property (transactional or relationship calls);
• Calls you have specifically requested or where you have given express written consent that you have not yet revoked;
• Calls from third-party buyers, investors, or agents in our network with whom your information has been shared at your request, where those third parties have their own legal basis to contact you; and
• Calls of a non-telemarketing nature, such as those made for emergency purposes.

Consent to Be Contacted Before You Opt Out

By submitting a request through FindMeBuyers (for example, completing the "Get My Cash Offer" form), you provide your prior express written consent to be contacted by Rizzly LLC and our network partners about your submission and any resulting offer, by phone call (including calls placed by autodialer or with a prerecorded or artificial voice), text message, and email at the contact information you provide — even if the number you provided is on a federal or state Do Not Call registry. This consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke that consent at any time by submitting a Do Not Call request as described above.

Reduction in Calls After Opt-Out

Even after a number is added to our internal Do Not Call list, you may receive a small number of additional calls during the period between the date of your request and the date by which calls must stop (up to 30 days under the TCPA, and up to five business days under the TSR for the list update itself). After that window, you should see a reduction in calls from us; please let us know if you do not.

National and State Do Not Call Registries

In addition to our internal Do Not Call list, you may add your residential and personal wireless phone numbers to the National Do Not Call Registry at https://www.donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222 from the number you wish to register. Several states also maintain their own Do Not Call registries; you may contact your state attorney general or state consumer protection office for more information.
